October 2011: 2 MINUTES will be creating layouts and designs for the feature film by Jung Hénin and Laurent Boileau, Approved for Adoption (Mosaïque Films / Artemis / Panda Media).

October 2010: 2 MINUTES goes into production with Tony & Alberto (78 x 7’) for M6. The series is a co-production with Toon Factory.

September 2010: 2 MINUTES will present the series Zoli&Pouët and Job Academy at the Cartoon Forum 2010.

June 2010: in co-production with Dandeloo, 2 MINUTES has started production on the musical series Chico Chica Boumba (52 x 3’30’’) for M6.

June 2010: 2 MINUTES will be attending the Annecy Festival and MIFA on stand 4.206.

May 2010: 2 MINUTES goes into production with the series Little Astronaut (52 x 7’) Canal J in co-production with Cross-River.

April 2010: Written by Romain Gadiou and directed by Josselin Ronse, the 102 x 1’ series has gone into production in the 2 MINUTES studio; due for broadcast on Gulli and AB.

January 2010: 2 MINUTES is participating in the collaborative creation of a production support software with Mac Guff, Mikros and TeamTo.

September 2009: 2 MINUTES will be presenting 2 projects, Chico Chica Boumba and Petit Sapiens, at the Cartoon Forum 2009.

June 2009: Once again, 2 MINUTES will be attending the Annecy Festival.

April 2009: animation has begun on the MAGIC PLANET series (52 x 13’) co-produced with LabelAnim, for broadcast on France 3.

February 2009: 2 MINUTES will be compositing the feature film Totally Spies (Marathon Media).

December 2008: 2 MINUTES has been asked to animate Sam Spoiler (20 x 1’30’’) produced by Studio Brocéliande for Canal J.

December 2008: following on from two seasons of the series, 2 MINUTES is co-producing the feature film with Les Armateurs. Due for release in Autumn 2010.

October 2008: 2 MINUTES has gone into production with Alien Zoo (52 x 2’) for Canal+ in co-production with Pulsanim.

October 2008: production has begun on Magic Lilibug(78 x 7’) for TFI. The series is a co-production with Les Armateurs and Maybe Movies.

September 2008: 2 MINUTES will be attending the Cartoon Forum.

May 2008: ALLIANCE ENTREPRENDRE and GALIA GESTION have taken a 25% share in 2 MINUTES. This first institutional investor round will enable 2 MINUTES not only to strengthen its position as a co-producer and service provider, but establish itself as a producer, by establishing a development policy for innovative multi-support projects.

March 2008: 2 MINUTES has opened a 3D department in its studio in Angoulème. Its first project: the animation of 20 x 7 minute episodes of PAT & STAN for MAC GUFF / TF1.

February 2008: production has begun on CAJOU (52 x 7 minutes) for DISNEY and in collaboration PIPANGÏ studio and RFO.

January 2008: Production has finished on BANJA, to be broadcast on CANAL+ and NRJ12. Also available at http://www.banja.tv.

September 2007: co-production with Les Armateurs for M6 of season 2 of The Storytelling Show, from the book by Lewis Trondheim and José Parondo.

June 2007: As every year, 2 MINUTES will be attending MIFA on stand 4.106.

January 2007: The Romain Gadiou project, presented at the Cartoon Forum in Pau, has gone into production. Romain Gadiou and Stéphane Lezoray are directing.

January 2007: The 10 minute 3D short directed by Sabine Hitier is a marvel. A series based on the same universe has now gone into development.

October 2006: Production has come to an end, thus proving that it is possible to animate a 26 x 26 minute series entirely in France to an exceptionally high standard. A big “bravo” to the 40 animators involved in the project for their talent and stamina.

August 2006: Creation of “2 MINUTES China” based in Hong Kong, with the aim of forming partnerships with animation studios in Shanghai and Nanjing, as well as providing a platform for training and supervising projects handled in Asia.

April 2006: 2 MINUTES has started work on a completely animated 26 x 26 series on GASP (see the technical pages), HDTV format. A FUTURIKON/2MINUTES co-production.

February 2006: Animation for LABEL ANIM of the pilot of the feature film, using GASP technology, released on 35mm.

January 2006: Production begins of the 26 x 26 minute series for Canal+. Music composed by Loïc Dury

November 2005: Compositing, special effects and editing of MR COLLIEU, a feature film pilot for ANIMAKIDS.

October 2005: 2 MINUTES has started work on a completely animated 52 x 13 minute series on GASP (see technical pages), released in HDTV. A FUTURIKON/2MINUTES co-production.

May 2005: 2 MINUTES has animated the pilot of the series ELIOT KID SAMKA for SAFARI DE VILLE.

March 2005: ANTEFILMS and BRB have asked 2 MINUTES to provide the backgrounds and 2D compositing for the series INVISIBLE MAN (26 x 26 minutes).

March 2005: 2 MINUTES has begun animation on SHURIKEN SCHOOL (26 x 26 minutes), a series produced by XILAM.

February 2005: STORIMAGES and 2 MINUTES are co-producing YAKARI, a 52 x 13 minute series from the comic books by DERIB and JOB. 2 MINUTES will be in charge of backgrounds, compositing, and image post-production.

January 2005: The Festival International de la Bande Dessinée has commissioned 2 MINUTES to make 3 small animated films from the books by ZEP, who will be president of the festival jury 2005.

January 2005: 2 MINUTES has started work on the backgrounds for season 2 of ZINZINS (52 x 13 minutes), produced by XILAM.

December 2004: JUFOX has asked 2MINUTES to make a special 26-minute episode. Broadcast scheduled for Easter 2005.

October 2004: 2 MINUTES has started work on 52 x 1 minute episodes for DUPUIS AUDIOVISUEL. PARKER ET BADGER is a series from the books by Cuadrado and will be broadcast simultaneously on TV (CANAL J) and the Internet (http://www.dupuis.com).

September 2004: After the success of the first season of Trot Trot, STORIMAGES and 2 MINUTES are to produce 39 new episodes, making a total of 78 episodes, available in June 2005.

September 2004: 2 MINUTES will be compositing and creating the special effects for the title sequence of CHASSEURS DE DRAGONS for FUTURIKON, broadcast on France 3. The soundtrack has been specially written by THE CURE.

September 2004: 2 MINUTES has made a 5-minute pilot of a series called The Storytelling Show for LES ARMATEURS, written by Lewis Trondheim, with the voice of Dany Boon.

August 2004: Prima Linea has commissioned an advertising slot from 2 MINUTES, which will be screened in all cinemas in September. Conception and realization: Anne-Caroline Pandolfo and Isabelle Simler - http://www.pandolfo-simler.com .

June 2004: 2 MINUTES will be attending MIFA (stand 4.103) from the 8th to the 11th June 2004 http://www.annecy.org.

May 2004: 2 MINUTES has opened its “Trois Rivières “ studio in Québec. In addition to the studios in Paris and Angoulème, its role is to produce animation episodes from start to finish (pre-production, animation, backgrounds, compositing).

February 2004: Téléimages has asked 2 MINUTES to provide the animation and compositing on 26 x 13 minute episodes of the Atomic Betty series. This exceptionally high quality series will be broadcast, amongst others, by M6 in France and by Cartoon Network in the United States.

January 2004: Storimages and 2 MINUTES will be co-producing Trot Trot for France5 and Télétoon. Lasting 39 x 3 minutes, this series is 2 MINUTES’ first co-production.

2003: 2 MINUTES has supplied the leica for a future series produced by SIP and DISNEY.

July 2003: 2 MINUTES has made TEAMCHMAN, the first episode of BANJA (26 minutes) - http://www.banja.tv.

June 2003: 2 MINUTES has begun compositing the 52 x 13 minutes CEDRIC in its Angoulème studio, produced by Dupuis Audiovisuel (http://www.dupuis.com).

June 2003: 2 MINUTES has started compositing the 52 x 13 minute series NORMAL NORMAN in its Angoulème studio, produced by Téléimages Kids (http://teleimages.fr).

June 2003: 2 MINUTES will be attending MIFA (stand 5.107) from the 4th to the 7th June 2003. http://www.annecy.org.

March 2003: 2 MINUTES has started making FLATMANIA, a series produced by Futurikon (http://ww.futurikon.fr). This 52 x 13 minute series will be made entirely in France by the 2 MINUTES studio.

March 2003: 2 MINUTES has opened a studio in Angoulème. In addition to the Paris studio, its role is to produce animation episodes from start to finish (pre-production, animation, backgrounds, compositing).

September 2002: 2 MINUTES has delivered a 3-minute pilot to FUTURIKON. The animation combines different techniques, notably Flash and cut out paper.

November 2002: 2 MINUTES has begun work on 4 short 35mm films on the theme of wolves for PRIMA LINEA. http://www.primalinea.com for delivery January 2003, for cinema release in March 2003.

October 2002: 2 MINUTES is taking its X-sheet for After Effects into production with the compositing of 6 x 26 minute episodes of the series Totally Spies for Marathon. http://www.totallyspies.com.

June 2002: 2 MINUTES will be attending MIFA (stand 5.35) from the 5th to the 8th June 2002. http://www.annecy.org.

May 2002: the 2minutes studios and Pipangaï (http://www.pipangai.fr) have developed an X-sheet for Adobe After Effects. (http://www.adobe.com) A demonstration can be seen by appointment at MIFA.

December 2001: 2minutes has just finished the 35mm pilot of the feature film VALERIAN for DARGAUD MARINA (http://www.dargaudmarina.fr). The studio handled the 3D animation and the compositing (special effects, 2D/3D integration).

November 2001: 2 MINUTES has taken over 3 floors of the building at number 9 rue Biscornet, near the Place de la Bastille, and now has 200m= in which to provide its services and carry out research and development.

November 2001: 2 MINUTES will be attending the second edition of the Forum International des Technologies de l'Animation, which will be taking place on the 15,16 and 17 of November in Angoulême. A representative of the studio will be present at the "Fabriquer Autrement" conference (15th November at 14h00) to explain the production process for TV series based on FLASH (MACROMEDIA) and GASP (2 MINUTES).

September 2001: 2 MINUTES will be attending the Forum Cartoon from the 19th to the 21st September 2001 http://www.cartoon.media.be.

April 2001: Our production system is now operational production. It facilitates management of the whole production process, from preparation to the final product, on websites and/or TV.
